Can the county force me to pay back child support the state has waved?

Additional Details:
The state of Minnesota waved all back support to "encourage current and future payments". This was
notarized by the county child support office supervisor. The county is still trying to come after me
for the back due amount that the state waved.

There seems to be something lost in the translation. If you want to make an appointment to have us look at the orders, etc., we'd be happy to do so. At no cost. We gladly offer the first hour or so free and without obligation. Often that is enough to help send the person on their way.
